First, I must apologize! It seems that the busy-ness of the Christmas season got the best of me, and I fell behind! So, here it is - all of our pre-Christmas festivities in one fell swoop (actual pictures of the big day to come soon).
We had a blast with the kids as they played in the first snow of the season (sometime in mid-December)! Gabe and Madison were seasoned professionals, of course, but Lana - this was her very first encounter with the snow, and I do believe she rather enjoyed it!
...so much, in fact, that I think the holiday season got the best of her before it even began!
The day after Thanksgiving, as always, we began setting up the Christmas tree, and the kids were an amazing help this year (despite the fact that they couldn't reach above the 5th branch)! Of course, there were no decorations on the lower half of the tree... mainly to save them from little Lana's hands!
